I sculpted this miniature anatomical heart out of clay and had it cast in solid bronze. This necklace is on a sterling silver cable chain and you have the option to add a crown I had carved in wax and cast in sterling silver. Both charms are hand polished, the heart is cast solid and has a lovely weight to it.
