About The Sculptor

Sculptor Anne Ricketts carves and sculpts all of her own pieces. The work is then cast in metal, often using the classic lost wax method. The results are inspired sculptures with a richness that recaptures the artistry of the past.

Her bronze sculptures range in size, spanning from a few inches long to unique tabletop sculptures, and offer a variety of subjects. While many of her pieces are considered body sculptures she has also completed pieces inspired by nature and even household objects.

Anne’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, The Huffington Post, InStyle, The L.A.Times, California Home Design (Trina Turks Picks) and OUT Magazine.

Contact Anne to commission a sculpture. All work is cast in California.

In The Studio

"The expression of the human form is something I am always drawn to and moved by. I carve in small form and miniature because there is something so wonderful about sculpture that can be touched, held, and carried. Often I think sculpture is meant to be touched, as we are as humans." - anne ricketts
